• New Equipment System: Extended early-game progression across 5 tiers, adding equipment quality on top of tier levels. New forging and equipment XP systems. Tier 3-5 warrior and archer weapons can switch branches after max quality.
• Dungeon Overhaul: All vanilla dungeons reworked to varying degrees. Difficulty options added for all dungeons except the Holy Mountain.
• Class Rework: Alchemist renamed to Formation Master. Modified alchemy table usage. Added Talismans as a new weapon type. Check the tutorial!
• Spirit Energy System: A new spirit energy (lingqi) system. Essential for Formation Masters -- both healing and attacks consume it. Warriors and archers... maybe later.
• Pill System: Removed magic pill types and some pills. Rewrote consumption mechanics for all pills.
• Gathering System: New gathering system added. Remember to right-click (not left-click) on gathering nodes.
• Armor System: Rewrote armor formula: Damage Reduction = (1 - (50 / (50 + Armor))) * 100%. Example: 200 armor = (1 - 50/250) * 100% = 80% damage reduction.
• Racial Attributes: All racial attributes rewritten with upgrade progression.
• Health Display: Built-in toro health bar. No client mods needed. Note: third-party health display mods won't work with the rewritten HP system.
• Mod Compatibility: Shader modifications mean certain visual mods (like OptiFine) may cause rendering artifacts. If textures stretch oddly, try removing graphics mods. Report any findings to Baicai!
